Jestem psychologiem, psychoterapeutą. Ukończyłem psychologię na Uniwersytecie SWPS oraz biotechnologię na SGGW. Doktoryzowałem się w zakresie nauk biomedycznych na Uniwersytecie Pompeu Fabra.

Od 2018 mieszkam w Ameryce Łacińskiej. Oferuje długoterminową terapie on-line dla osób, które z różnych powodów nie mają możliwości uczestniczenia w terapii gabinetowej, lub preferują taką formę. Zachęcam do kontaktu osoby, które zmagają się z różnymi trudnościami jak problemy w relacjach, lęk, atakami paniki, obniżony nastrój, ciągłe uczucie niezadowolenia z życia, albo zwyczajnie chcą zobaczyć siebie i swoje życie w szerszej perspektywie.

Jestem absolwentem szkolenia w zakresie muzykoterapii i psychodramy, organizowanego przez dr Elżbietę Galińską, a także członkiem kandydatem Instytutu Analizy Grupowej Rasztów, gdzie odbyłem szkolenie przygotowujące do otrzymania certyfikatu psychoterapeuty. Uaktualniam swoja wiedzę na kongresach i seminariach. Swoją pracę poddaje stałej superwizji.

Doświadczenie zawodowe jako psycholog zdobywałem na Oddziałach Leczenia Nerwic oraz Oddziale Rehabilitacji Socjo-psychiatrycznej (Mazowieckie Centrum Neuropsychiatrii), a także na oddziale Leczenia Zaburzeń Nerwicowych w Komorowie (Mazowieckie Specjalistyczne Centrum Zdrowia).

I am a psychologist, psychotherapist. I have obtained a M.Sc. in Psychology at the Warsaw University of Social Sciences and Humanities, a B.Eng. in Biotechnology at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and a PhD in biomedicine at the University of Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.  I have been living in Latin America since 2018. I offer long-term psychotherapy for patients, that because of multiple reasons are not able to participate in face-to-face therapy, or for various reasons prefer this form of psychotherapy. I work with patients that experience problems in forming relationships, anxiety, panic attacks, affective disorders, constant feelings of unhappiness in life, or would like to look at themselves and their lives from a different perspective.

I am a graduate of a course in Music Therapy and Psychodrama, organized by Elzbieta Galinska, and also a candidate member of the Institute of Group Analysis „Rasztow”, where I completed a course preparing to obtain a psychotherapist certificate. I update my professional knowledge by participating in congresses and seminars. I regularly supervise my work.

My professional experiences include working in the Ward for Neurotic Disorders and Ward for Neuropsychiatric Rehabilitation (MAzovian Neuropsychiatry Centre), as well as working in the Ward for Neurotic Disorders in Komorow (Mazovian Specialistic Health Centre)
